On June 26, 2014 a seminar on “Advertising Agencies in Bangladesh” was organized by Department of Business Administration, Stamford University Bangladesh. Prof. Dr. Zennat Ara Begum, Dean, Faculty of Business Administration of Stamford University Bangladesh inaugurated the program. The keynote speaker was Mr. AHM Fazle Rabbi, Accounts Manager of Ogilvy and Mather Bangladesh. He made a power point presentation to explain how a product can be made attractive to the consumers through advertising agencies. According to him, there is a general conception that the only function of an agency is to give the advertising, but he affirms that the quality of the products and its usefulness are also ensured by the agency. The seminar ended with a question answer session at the Business Administration Department, Block B, Dhanmondi.
