Stamford University Bangladesh has established a Career Counseling and Placement Centre (CCPC) for helping its students in their quest for employment from the prospective employers. The centre will make an attempt to provide placement opportunities to passing out students and recently passed out graduates. The centre intends to maintain records of the current students and alumni of Stamford and these records are made available to prospective employers.
The major objectives of CCPC are: (1) to provide latest information of the under-graduate and graduate students to different national & multinational organizations (2) to make efforts in securing place for the students to work as interns in different organizations (3) to invite organizations for campus recruitment and selection of Stamford graduates.
The CCPC will publish an annual profile of graduating students and will make it available to all prospective employers and the graduates. Through this effort we expect good response from employers and hopefully Stamford graduates find suitable openings immediately after their graduation. Our graduates are being employed in various positions in banking, finance, marketing, personnel, general management and other areas of management.
