Abdullah Al Nayeem

Abdullah Al Nayeem is working as a lecturer at the Department of Environmental Science (DoES), Stamford University Bangladesh (SUB) since 2^nd September 2019. Before that, he was a Research Assistant at the same department from 11^th February 2017 to 1^st September 2019. He is involved with routine committee and course load committee of this department.

Mr. Nayeem awarded to M.Sc. in Environmental Science degree from theDoES, SUB inAugust 2019. He has received his B.Sc. in Environmental Science degree from the same institution in July 2018. Prior to B.Sc., he has accomplished his diploma in Environmental Engineering degree from Chittagong Polytechnic Institute in March 2015. He has completed several certificate courses on Air Pollution and Health Effects, Pollution Modeling, Environmental Management System, Occupational Health, Water Quality Analysis and Data Analysis etc. He has built up his academic and research career on Air Pollution and its health Impacts since his Undergraduate in 2018. In addition, he has expertise on Water Pollution, Noise Pollution and Modeling, Urban Environment.

Mr. Nayeem attended in more than 20 national and international conference, seminar, workshops, training etc. in home and abroad. He has received financial grants from Nepal government, Malaysian government, EUMETSAT and NASA to attend several International conference and workshop in Nepal and Malaysia. He is the scientific committee member of BAPA-BEN special conference since 2017.

Travel Grant from EUMETSAT and NASA to attend Asian Monsoon Atmospheric Composition Workshop-2019 in Malaysia.
Travel Grant from Clean Air Asia to attend Better Air Quality Conference-2018 in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia.
Travel Grant from Ministry of Tourism, Cultural and Aviation of Nepal Government to attend International Lake Conference 2017 in Pokhara, Nepal.
