TasbiraJesmeen has completed her B.Pharm as well as M.Pharm Degree from the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Dhaka in 1999 and 2000 respectively. She has started her career in 2000 in Marketing department of a Pharmaceutical company. In 2006, She joined as a lecturer in the department of Pharmacy, Stamford University Bangladesh. Since September, 2018 to June, 2023 she served as the head of the department. She published many articles in national and international journals.

- Worked as a Brand executive, Central Product management Department, Beximco Pharmaceuticals Limited, 19 Dhanmondi R/A, Road # 7, Dhaka-1205, Bangladesh.
2. Worked as a Product Executive at ACI Ltd. & was assigned to train the field colleagues & also to formulate the strategic & marketing plan of Dermatological, Antibiotics & CNS Products.
3. Worked as a Product Executive at ALCO Pharma. & was assigned to formulate the training manual of various classes of products under Cardiovascular (CVS), Proton Pump Inhibitor (PPI), NSAIDs & Gastrointestinal systems.
4.Undergone two week In Plant training program in Sonear Laboratories Ltd.
