Farhana Diba joined Stamford University Bangladesh in 2006 as a Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration. She has been promoted as Assistant professor in 2009. She has been assigned as the Head of Human Resource Management Discipline of the Department of Business Administration since 2019. She has been an active member of Curriculum Committee, Routine Committee, Question Moderation Committee, Exam Schedule Preparation and Monitoring Committee.
Farhana Diba has teaching expertise in several courses such as HR planning and Policy, Organization and Conflict Management, Human Resource management, International Management, Industrial Relations. She has several published research papers. She participated in various national and international conferences, seminars, training sessions and workshops. She has taken timely initiatives for organizing effective e-workshops during the pandemic situation for both faculty members and students. She is a member of Dhaka University Alumni Association.
