Md. Ariful Islam Rubel is a Lecturer in the Department of Public Administration at Stamford University Bangladesh and a graduate of the University of Dhaka, where he completed both his B.S.S. and M.S.S. in Public Administration with strong academic distinction. His academic and research interests focus on public administration, governance, public sector innovation, community development, climate change, public health, and gender issues. He has been actively involved in teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, guiding students in research activities, and organizing academic and extracurricular initiatives, including INSEARCH conferences. Rubel has contributed to nationally and internationally funded research projects supported by institutions such as the National Institute of Local Government, HELVETAS Bangladesh, the Ministry of Public Administration, and Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. He has published in peer-reviewed journals, contributed to an international book series, and presented research at national and international conferences, reflecting his strong commitment to applied research, academic excellence, and evidence-based public policy.
