Nadia Farhana, Ph.D. is currently an Assistant Professor in the Marketing Section, Department of Business Administration, Stamford university Bangladesh. She was the first and former Head of Marketing section (2007-2012). She received her PhD from UniversitiSains Malaysia in 2017. Her research interest is in consumer-based market research areas that include experiential marketing and branding, preventive health behavior and wellness marketing and service marketing. She has published in several international and national journals including Journal of Business Inquiry: Research, Education & Application, International Journal of Humanities and Social Science etc. She also published a book, and her work has been presented at competitive conferences at national and international level. She has taught Consumer Behavior; Brand Management; International Marketing, Advertising, Principle of Marketing, Marketing Management, International Business, Product Management, Business Research, Business Statistics, Basic Statistics, Business Communication, Introduction to Business, Business Law in BBA, and MBA level. She is also supervising Ph.D., and DBA students and conducting several researches with international collaborations. She is the president of Global Academics Research Academy (GARA)- Bangladesh Chapter. She was a member of Leave Rule Committee; Publication Committee, Stamford Journal of Business Studies; Central exam Monitoring Committee; Admission Committee, Department of Business Administration; Finance Committee; Disciplinary Committee; Equivalence Committee. She worked as Assistant Superintendent of Exam, Department of Business Administration; Chief Moderator of question papers in Marketing section, Department of Business Administration; Trainer (Resource Person)– Center for Excellence. She works as an external examiner of PhD and DBA students at International University. She is supervising PhD and DBA students and graduated five Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) students internationally.
