Dr. Sarmin Sultana joined Stamford University Bangladesh in 2014 as a Lecturer. She became Assistant Professor in 2019. She has a distinguished academic and professional background spanning over six years. Before joining SUB, she was a Lecturer at World University Bangladesh. She did her PhD in the Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) in the year 2018.
She has been teaching in the various courses of Management and Human Resources Management (HRM) like Principles of Management, Human Resource Management, Business Communication, Training and Development, Organizational Behavior, Environmental Management, Research Methodology, Organizational Change and Development. Besides teaching, she works as a member of many committees in the department such as Academic Committee, Question Moderation Committee etc.
She has eight peer reviewed journal papers published in refereed journals. In most of articles she was the principal author.
