Tahmina Rahman Chowdhury
Associate Professor
Department of Civil Engineering

Tahmina Rahman Chowdhury is working as an Associate Professor at the Department of Civil Engineering of Stamford University Bangladesh. She is also the Coordinator of the Project and Thesis Committee of the department. She joined the Department of Civil Engineering as Lecturer in April, 2007 after completing her graduation.

She completed her M.Sc. in Civil Engineering (Transportation) from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). Her M.Sc. thesis was focused on intersection operation using Micro-simulation techniques. Earlier, she completed her B.Sc. in Civil Engineering (Major: Transportation Engineering, Minor: Structural Engineering) from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) in August, 2006. Her undergraduate thesis focused on evaluation of Off-street parking facilities in Dhaka City. She also has a couple of publications in national and international journals.

At present, she is a PhD student in BUET.
