Zannatul Ferdous

Zannatul Ferdous is a Lecturer in the Department of Public Administration at Stamford University Bangladesh, with a strong academic background in public administration and social science research. She completed her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Public Administration from the University of Dhaka, achieving excellent academic results.

Her academic and research interests include public administration, human resource management in the public sector, gender and governance, public health policy, youth studies, and evidence-based policy analysis. She has been actively involved in nationally funded and institutionally supported research projects as a principal investigator and research assistant, contributing to qualitative and quantitative research, systematic reviews, FGDs, KIIs, data analysis, and manuscript preparation.

Ms. Ferdous has published in a peer-reviewed national journal and has hands-on experience using advanced research tools such as SPSS, NVivo, KoBo Toolbox, Zotero, Mendeley, and LaTeX. Alongside her research responsibilities, she has also supported academic activities through teaching assistance and coordination within the Department of Public Administration. Her academic profile reflects strong research competence, methodological rigor, and a growing commitment to teaching, policy research, and public sector development in Bangladesh.
