The student of Batch 83, Department of Film and Media Studies of Stamford University Bangladesh recently have visited at Star News TV Channel. On the 23 May 2026 this academic tour was organized under the supervision of Ms. Ripa Roy, Lecturer, department of Film and Media Studies and the course teacher of 'New Media Journalism' course. At Star News Students were guided by Mahmud Ali Khan Shovon (Manager, Boe & IT), Monirul Islam (CHief Reporter). Al Amin (Executive Web and Digital Media) made a tour for the Students around each section of News. During this educational tour the students have been achieved the practical knowledge of broadcast operation information and technology, Web and Digital Media, News throughing digital platforms and interactive technology . The event concluded the Chief Reporter Monirul Islam offered the students for internship about New Media Journalism' at Star News TV Channel. The students then very excited for this proposal . The ending moment the Students expressed their gratefulness to all the staff of Star News. This educational tour was very successful for the students of New Media Journalism.
