Students from the 83rd and 84th batches of the Department of Journalism and Media Studies at Stamford University Bangladesh took part in a media visit to Prothom Alo, under the supervision of Lecturer Fahrista Siddique.
In the conference room, students met with Managing Editor Anisul Haque, Associate Editor Sumna Sharmin, Deputy Editor Lazzat Enab Mohshi, and Head of Marketing Md. Ajwaj Khan from Prothom Alo. They discussed the newspaper's goals, activities, and journalistic practices, culminating in an engaging question-and-answer session.
Afterward, students visited the newsroom, met journalists, and explored various areas including the multimedia team, the news archive, and the studio. The visit concluded with the most informative and enriching media experience.
